KS Seaport was established in 2016 operated by competent ex-master mariners and engineers together, applying their skills and expertise in offshore industry, both domestic and international, of more than 20 years. In 2017, the company further expanded business from Gulf of Thailand to Andaman Sea where the local office is located in Ranong province in order to serve both local and foreign customers.
With the company’s long-term vision and strong business development plan, KS Seaport could now deliver the best services to customers via three offices in Songkhla, Ranong and Bangkok. Recently, the company takes great pleasure to fulfil the supply chain of marine transportation by investing in tanker carriers.

We, KS Seaport, were established in 2016 by our team of competent ex-master mariners and engineers with over 20 years of experience in the offshore industry. We quickly became a leading provider of marine services in Thailand. With a focus on operational excellence, we expanded our business from the Gulf of Thailand to the Andaman Sea, opening a local office in Ranong province to serve both local and foreign customers.
In 2017, we began implementing our long-term vision and strong business development plan, opening additional offices in Songkhla and Bangkok. As part of our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our clients, we invested in tanker carriers to fulfill the supply chain of marine transportation. This investment enabled us to provide even more comprehensive solutions to our clients, ensuring they have the support and expertise needed to operate their vessels with confidence and efficiency.
In 2022, we added M.T. THAPANEE 9, a 1,300-ton oil tanker, to our fleet. This strategic move not only responded to our customers' needs but also fortified our comprehensive maritime logistics facilities, positioning us for sustainable long-term growth. We also formed a joint venture with Spectrum Marine and Ship Management Inc., a leading shipping and marine transportation company in the Philippines, establishing SKS Venture Inc. This partnership extended our logistics services to a wider Asia-Pacific clientele.
We collaborated with Perkapalan Sekawan Sdn Bhd, a top logistics company in Malaysia with 30 years of expertise in marine transportation. This partnership strengthened our ability to cover the Indian Ocean and East Pacific maritime transportation markets. We also partnered with SKS Ventures Inc. to acquire seven vessels from Thai Titan Tanker Co., Ltd., significantly enhancing our capabilities in transporting gas, petroleum, and petrochemical products.

Mr. Krit started his career as a master of a ship of the top renowned oil and gas company in Thailand. He has experience in marine transportation for more than 20 years.
With his ambition and eagerness to explore the wide range of experience in this area, he became a representative of the company to work and settle business with international clients. Through all of these skills, Mr. Krit, together with his ex-colleague, decided to start their own company as KS Seaport.
Mr. Kritsanachai started his sea career serving the Royal Thai Navy as an officer. He then decided to shift his career path to oil and gas business, starting as an officer until becoming a master of a ship. As the master of a ship, Mr. Kritsanachai gained a lot of experience and skills working Offshore.
Over 20 years in the marine and logistic operation, he gained trust from his company assigning him as a Head of Marine Operation to deal with most top renowned companies in Thailand. Applying his courage and master skills, Mr. Kritsanachai, together with his ex-colleague, decided to establish their own company as KS Seaport.
